About Charles
I am a sophomore studying Mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania. I have been tutoring and teaching for several years, having been a Manager at my local Kumon franchise to a TA at the Wharton School, to teaching summer courses in Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus.

I offer two types of tutoring formats:
On-Demand (Traditional) Tutoring: Students will submit homework or material they are working on to me. We will work on the material together where I will both explain solutions to problems as well as (re)teach the overarching topic. I supplement this by providing students with my personalized notes and practice problems. Often, I will have my students complete a personalized practice test to predict their performance on an upcoming assessment. When teaching, I try to ensure that my students understand the reasoning and logic behind the steps of a problem, connecting the dots between mathematical topics.
Enrichment Classes: I will deliver enrichment lessons from my own math curriculum to the student. I aim to make these lessons rigorous and as in depth as possible, adjusting to the academic needs of the student. There will usually be assigned homework for practice and assessments. My two main objectives are one, to deliver a cohesive understanding of mathematical topics and two, to strengthen a student's studying/learning skills.
