About Rizwan
I have worked at a highschool as a math and science tutor for one year now. Since highschool and throughout college I have been working as a private tutor on the side, and even during a year I dedicated to service, I worked as a math tutor as a volunteer. Tutoring is my passion, but also my profession. Since I was 15 I have been working as a tutor/mentor for middle schoolers in the JYSE Program and have developed incredible experience. My wish is to see everyone have that aha moment where they understand, it finally clicks. I live for that.

It’s very important to me to work at the pace of the students I work with and create a fun and engaging environment. I’m incredibly flexible when it comes to scheduling and cost because it’s important students get the support they need even if they are not rich. We will go over whatever work you need to complete and I will make sure every single thing is understood before we move on. Our lessons will also be a source of relief and confidence as that is a large part of true tutoring. Typically a tutoring session should last around 2 hours, completing any assignments for that week and advancing understanding. We can do anything from middle school math and science to intro college level math, physics, and chemistry.
