This past year I was having a lot of difficulty in my Pre-Calc 12 course. My mom's friend referred us to Abraham, and with his help my confidence and math abilities exploded. I only had 5 lessons with him, but in that short time I got to know him and we covered a lot of subjects. He is kind and someone who never rushes through anything. I think this is important because by going through the basics, I overcame some misconceptions about fundamentals which I never would have covered in class. He makes sure you really understand why the math works, rather than simply how to do it. I would definitely recommend Abraham to anyone taking high school math, especially if you are having difficulty as I firmly believe he will set you on the right track. Most importantly, he teaches with a smile and makes you feel like you can do it, even if math isn't your thing.

I found Abraham to be very knowledgeable and he is good at explaining the material in several different ways. He also uses visual aids and props. He is patient and listens to what I need and lets me ask him questions. I highly recommend him.

Abraham is my brother and over the years he has helped me with math (I now have a PhD in a STEMs subject). Using patient explanations and every-day analogies, he actually makes math concepts fun to learn. Students can see a practical side of the subject they once thought of as abstract. The point of a lesson is to make it engaging, fun and educational, and Abraham enthusiastically provides that.
