About Kamden
Aside from her experience as a math instructor, Kamden has always pursued a deep comprehension of math and has enjoyed watching the progress of her students, whether in specific concepts, number sense, or character development. She finds joy in students learning to learn well and to not fear the unknown. Kamden aims to show each student that there is freedom found in grasping mathematical ideas deeply, encouraging them towards a place where they can encounter new topics with confidence.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, singing, dance, spending time with her family and friends, and occasionally, helping her siblings with their math homework.

If working through a textbook, lesson includes complete teaching of material, followed by practice examples and an interactive time of student work. This is where misconceptions are caught and corrected, and all the math knowledge needed as a foundation for the current topic are secured.
If needing support with homework, lesson includes brief conversation on the given topics in order to target areas of need, followed by an interactive time of student work, according to the most urgent or confusing questions. Trouble-shooting current misunderstandings and questions is foundational to future growth!
