My approach varies day by day since I believe teaching should be dynamic. Lessons are learned in a theoretical way, exam-oriented way and also in a fun way. We follow the syllabus and ensure completion much before the exam period, so as to have enough revision time and work on past exam papers. Questioning is used a lot, in order to ensure comprehension of the topic at hand. Short questions are always done at the start of each lessons to ensure that previous topics have been learned. I believe in mutual respect and instilling trust.
