About Charlotte
Over the last 10 years I have worked as a neurodiversity coach and since becoming a mum, I have seen a lack in support for maternal care.
This inspired me to train as a counsellor and hypnotherapy was part of the course. I found it to be a lovely way to rebalance myself during a difficult period of motherhood.
I provide sessions with value and care.
