About Lucy
I trained as a professional dancer, where I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of physical strength, flexibility, and body awareness. During my training, I discovered Pilates and instantly fell in love with its focus on controlled, mindful movement, and its ability to support and enhance my performance. The passion for Pilates grew as I realised how powerful it could be not just for dancers, but for people of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Now, as a certified Pilates Instructor, I am thrilled to help others achieve their personal goals - whether that's improving posture, increasing flexibility, or building core strength. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow in confidence and capability, and I am dedicated to providing a supportive and motivating space where everyone feels empowered to reach their full potential.
