About Tamaratare
I’m a musical performer a master’s student at the Royal Academy of Music and attended the University of Nottingham where I specialised in Vocal Performance and Music Composition.
I specialise in contemporary and modern singing lessons and have professional experience in classical voice. I have 6 years of experience working as a singer and over the years I have professionally sung an array of genres from Pop, Jazz, Soul and RnB styles all the way to Musical Theatre and Opera!

After experiencing the music industry for myself and working professionally, I want to share my expertise and teach students in a way that can change their approach to singing.

I’m looking for dedicated and passionate singers to join me this summer in my private vocal coaching sessions!
Are you looking for a way to improve your singing voice but you’re unsure of where to start?
We’ve all been there before, trying to find the right coach to help bring out the best qualities and technique in your voice. Whether you’re looking to sing Pop, Jazz, RnB or Musical Theatre I’m here to guide you through the process!
These 1 hour lessons are aimed at beginner and intermediate students of any age.
We’ll start by assessing your voice, seeing what good qualities your voice naturally holds and what might need more attention. From there we can look at songs and repertoire to help to develop those skills.
I will also help you with your sound and vocal image. This is something that’s been neglected by many teachers but I love helping my student in this way since it’s what makes a genuine singer stand out!
What type of singer are you?
For students looking for a more conventional approach, I have worked with grades all the way to Grade 8/Diploma level. For those looking to be more contemporary and modern, I have worked with many producers and bands and can help you with your stylistic techniques and image! I’m just here to cater to your voice and what type of singer you want to be!
