About Lindsay
Although I have never tutored in the sense of “sit down and teach,” I have spent many years teaching a group of 10 students each for 10 hours a day once a week for the first three weeks to learn through simulation, video and didactic. I know it’s no fun to listen to my own voice for 10 hours, so it can’t be fun for anyone else either. Therefore, different teaching styles and methods are important. After the first few weeks, my students learned hands-on with their own patient(s) and applied what they learned in the classroom to what they saw/experienced in the field.
