About Uttam
I am an Engineer. In my career I worked with various companies and mainly served in product development, currently I am also serving as Head in the R&D department of an organization. I have been in teaching since 2005 and taught various engineering subjects along with K12 physics and math.

My teaching methodology is to develop ability of self thinking, self diagnosis in the student. The process involves with simple concepts, examples from real life, emphasizing on the points where a student can stuck in problem solving approach. I am not supposed to provide student an easy and ready made solution of the subject matter, I believe in giving concepts and hints to make student able to solve their problems itself.
