I encourage all students to participate and adapt my teaching to meet different learning needs. Throughout the lesson, I ask questions and use quick assessments to check understanding. I end each lesson with a summary and provide feedback or a short activity to reinforce learning. My goal is to create a positive classroom environment where every student feels confident, motivated, and able to achieve their best.
