About Kirsten
With a yoga journey spanning over 6 years, my passion for this transformative practice began during my undergraduate years, where my first yoga class marked the beginning of a profound personal transformation. This initial spark of interest led me to not only minor in Yoga and Mindfulness but also to achieve my yoga teaching license, proudly registered with the Yoga Alliance.
Outside the yoga studio, my world is joyfully shared with my dogs, whose playful and loving nature constantly inspires me. Additionally, I am an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding solace and inspiration in nature. Whether it's hiking through serene trails, kayaking in tranquil waters, or simply enjoying a quiet moment under the open sky, these experiences deeply enrich my practice and teaching philosophy.
My approach to yoga is not just about physical postures; it's a holistic journey encompassing mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in my classes, encouraging students to explore their own paths to wellness and inner peace.
