Inspired by methods of clinical interview coming from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, the client begins by formulating their specific goals.
Through the interview, the investigation of the relevant psychological characteristics (personality, coping strategies, etc.) leads to a multi-step action plan, to which the direction is chosen by the client.
This course is for people who want to improve their interpersonal relationships, their self-confidence, to better manage their mental health but also to attain diverse personal, academic, or professional goals.
