With over 8 years of teaching experience, I have guided hundreds of students to confidently navigate the richness and diversity of the Spanish language. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies with a Spanish Language Core, I bring both academic expertise and cultural depth to every lesson. My specialty lies in helping learners master distinct regional Spanish dialects such as Rioplatense, Caribbean, and Castilian. We explore not only vocabulary and grammar, but also the subtle phonetic nuances that give each dialect its unique sound.
I place a strong emphasis on idiomatic expressions, ensuring students speak with the ease and authenticity of native speakers. Cultural context is at the heart of my lessons, because language lives in the customs, humor, and daily life of its people. My approach also sharpens advanced listening comprehension, enabling learners to keep pace with natural, fast-paced conversation. We dive into regional literature, from novels to poetry, to understand how words carry history and identity.
Film, music, and local media become part of our classroom, giving students a real ear for regional rhythm and tone.
