About Ashish
I am a Master's-qualified Yoga and Naturopathy professional with over 8 years of experience in teaching yoga and wellness. I have trained in traditional Indian yoga and hold YCB Level 3 certification as a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator, along with a UGC NET qualification in Yoga and training from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. I have experience teaching beginners as well as regular practitioners, both in person and online, and have also worked as a Yoga Therapist and conducted corporate yoga sessions. I enjoy making yoga simple, accessible, and personalized for each student. My teaching style is patient, clear, and encouraging, and I aim to help students build a sustainable practice that fits naturally into their lifestyle.

I offer personalised online yoga sessions designed around your individual needs, experience and goals. I teach traditional Hatha Yoga, asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation using a clear, supportive and practical approach. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, each session is adapted to your level and pace. My sessions are typically 60 minutes and focus on mindful movement, correct technique, breathing and developing a sustainable yoga practice. I have over 8 years of teaching experience and hold an M.Sc. in Yoga & Naturopathy, YCB Level 3 certification and UGC NET qualification in Yoga. Online sessions are available for students in the UK and worldwide.
