About Talia
I am a dedicated Math tutor with 15 years of teaching experience and an MPhil in Mathematics. I have worked with students from school to university level, helping them build strong academic foundations. My focus is on developing clear understanding and confidence in mathematical thinking.
I specialize in areas such as logical foundations, proof theory, and set-based reasoning. I believe that Math becomes easier when concepts are explained in a simple and structured way. My teaching method combines clear explanations with interactive problem solving to keep students engaged. I encourage students to ask questions and think deeply about each concept.
I guide learners step by step so they can understand the logic behind every solution. I also support exam preparation and assignments with a focus on accuracy and clarity. My sessions are designed to improve both speed and analytical skills.
Over the years, I have helped many students overcome fear of Math and perform better in their studies. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning and improving. My goal is not just to teach answers, but to build strong reasoning skills that last.

My teaching approach in Maths is structured, practical, and focused on deep understanding rather than memorization. I teach students from school to university level, covering subjects like algebra, calculus, statistics, probability, data interpretation, and quantitative reasoning. I also include graphing techniques, statistical analysis, and understanding numerical trends, which are important for research and real-world problem solving.
I use clear explanations and step by step methods to break down complex problems. Along with this, I design structured data exercises and practice sets that build accuracy and confidence over time. My sessions include deep analysis of questions so students learn how to think, not just solve. I focus on connecting concepts across topics to strengthen logical thinking.
I pay special attention to learners who find Maths difficult and help them overcome fear with patience and simple strategies. I guide them to become confident in handling numbers and data. I challenge students with the right level of difficulty to push their growth. At the same time, I support them consistently so they can achieve strong academic results and improve their analytical skills.
