About Kripa
My teaching methodology is built around five core principles: Flexibility, Communication, Empathy, Motivation, and Accountability.
I believe that each student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to suit individual needs, ensuring that every concept is understood thoroughly. Flexibility allows me to adapt to various learning styles and pace, whether it's through visual aids, real-world examples, or hands-on practice. Clear and open Communication is key in building trust and ensuring that students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing challenges.
I approach each lesson with Empathy, understanding the struggles students face in mastering Math. I provide support not just academically but also emotionally, helping students build confidence. My role as a Motivator goes beyond teaching; I inspire students to see challenges as opportunities for growth. Lastly, I foster Accountability, setting realistic goals and tracking progress, which helps students stay focused and motivated in their learning journey.
In addition to Math, I offer tutoring in related subjects, using the same adaptable and supportive approach.
