Teaching Method and Techniques
My teaching method is centered on adaptive learning and student engagement. I focus on breaking complex concepts into manageable parts and using relatable analogies to ensure clarity. I employ the following techniques:
1. Assessment-Driven Customization: I begin by evaluating the student’s current knowledge, learning style, and goals.
2. Interactive Engagement: I encourage active participation by asking questions, prompting discussions, and using real-life examples.
3. Visual Aids and Tools: I use diagrams, charts, and digital tools like coding environments or financial models to enhance comprehension.
4. Reinforcement: I revisit key points at the end of each lesson, followed by short quizzes or assignments to solidify understanding.

A Typical Lesson Plan
1. Introduction (5-10 minutes): Start by setting the agenda for the session and revisiting previous topics to establish continuity.
2. Core Content (20-30 minutes): Teach the main lesson with clear explanations, step-by-step demonstrations, and interactive problem-solving.
3. Hands-On Practice (10-15 minutes): Guide the student through exercises or projects, encouraging them to apply what they’ve learned.
4. Q&A and Recap (5-10 minutes): Answer any lingering questions and summarize key takeaways.
5. Homework or Next Steps: Assign relevant practice tasks or preview the next lesson to maintain learning momentum.
