About Tina Rajpal
With over 20 years of experience in ESL instruction, English Language Teaching, Curriculum Development, and Academic Coordination. I bring a strong commitment to student-centered teaching and academic excellence.
I hold a Master’s degree in English, a Master’s degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Education, and a TEFL certification. My academic background, combined with extensive experience teaching adult and post-secondary learners, aligns closely with the Dimension’s focus on preparing students for learning English.
In my current and previous roles, I have delivered high-quality ESL and language acquisition instruction, provided constructive feedback to support learner progress, and offered academic guidance to help students build confidence and readiness for further academic study. I have also led curriculum design and program enhancement initiatives, developing formative and summative assessments aligned with learning outcomes and CEFR-based proficiency frameworks.
As a former Founder and Lead Educator, as well as a Cambridge English Examiner, I have upheld academic integrity, quality assurance, and consistency in assessment practices. I have mentored teaching staff, collaborated across teams, and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives that enhanced program delivery and student satisfaction. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to contribute to Dimension's curriculum development, academic coordination, and cross-departmental initiatives that support institutional quality standards and graduate attributes.
