About Ria
English is my mother tongue. I have been an English (and German) teacher since 2019. I have a Masters degree and have studied English literature in the United States, among other things. I am aware that every student has special learning goals and I always try to achieve them while considering the different learning styles.

First, I find out what learning goals the student has, be it to improve listening comprehension, grammar, reading comprehension, writing, etc. I teach all language levels and can also help with exam preparation. The learning methodology used depends on the student and individual needs.

I highly recommend Ria Baumann as a language teacher. I have had the pleasure of learning German online courses with her for more than a year now. She is a nice teacher who develops inspiring relationships with her students, and she tries to adapt her teaching to her student level and forma mentis.
Ria has the ability to connect with her students and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics, are both excellent. She also has great written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
