I am a Master's Degree holder in Construction Economics and possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Management and Investment Analysis. I would like to work as a tutor because I intend to be able to complete my PhD as a self-financing student. i intent to be a fulltime lecturer after completion.

Building Economics attempts to understand how things work, rather than prescribing methods of making them better. This module aims to enable an understanding of general economics and how this applies to the construction and property sectors. The initial part of the module focuses on economic theory, particularly from the UK perspective, then broadens in scope towards urban and land economics and construction economics. Learning and teaching will be enabled through a mixture of scheduled online activities where you will be able to engage with me and classmates in real-time and unscheduled guided activities where you will be required to complete activities and tasks at a time that best suits you.
