About Riya
I have 4 years of experience tutoring Math to high school and college students. During this time, I have helped over 200 students improve their understanding and confidence in math. My teaching philosophy is simple: every student can learn and enjoy math when it is explained clearly and with patience. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into easy steps and use real-life examples to make lessons relevant and interesting. I believe in building a strong foundation and encouraging questions to ensure deep understanding. Many of my students have improved their grades and exam results thanks to this approach. My teaching approach for Maths focuses on making learning engaging and meaningful. I use creativity to explain concepts in simple ways that stick. Collaboration is key—I encourage questions and discussions to create a supportive learning environment.
Besides Maths, I also tutor related subjects like Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, and basic Physics to help students build strong foundations across STEM fields. My goal is to help students not just pass tests but truly understand and enjoy learning.
