About Paulina
I have been a piano teacher for over ten years, having worked in many countries using different teaching methods, which allowed me to observe the strengths and weaknesses of each and choose the best ones for my students. I accept students of all ages and levels :) No matter if you need professional support to prepare for exams, or are you looking for someone who will help you learn to play the piano for yourself, recreationally - I am your man! We will find a way to meet your needs! As a classical pianist who has passed the rigors of Polish state music schools (from the age of 7 - the K. Szymanowski General Music School in Toruń, later the G. and K. Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź), I understand the level of stress that students face at these schools, I understand how unfortunately teachers often have a non-progressive approach and how easy it is to lose the enthusiasm for playing. Attention! playing an instrument is fun! It is a beautiful way to express yourself, your individuality, your sensitivity and your talents .. if you know how to approach it! Due to my personal experience with the music system in Poland, I decided to show my students how wonderful playing an instrument is from the very first lesson.

Here are a few points about how I teach:
- I use a mix of the latest international methods: Faber - Piano Adventures, Piano Safari, WunderKeys, keeping in mind the exam requirements if a student wishes to prepare for them :)
- Additionally, I teach songs in all styles of music - classical, jazz, rock, pop, folk etc.
- We learn how to improvise from the very first lesson. Believe me, it's easier than it sounds! :) And how much does it give a feeling of freedom with the instrument!
- I will show you how to get down to the art of composing!
- Theory and Technique using the latest methods, ensuring learning through play, because research has clearly proven that we learn faster and more effectively while having fun! :)
As I have been living in different countries for many years, I offer online lessons via Skype! For this you only need a stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone :) And the lessons are easier to adjust to your busy schedule!
