As an experimental publisher I teach art students and creative practitioners to critically evaluate production workflows. Together we will explore the way in which you set about creating publications. A publication can include writing for a blog or a radio show / podcast. Alternatively, it may be a multi-form media artwork, printed matter or even a performance.
In 1-hour lessons, we'll discuss questions such as: How might a different use of voice shape the audience's understanding of themselves? How might processes underpinning the work deliberately reflect or diverge from core issues at stake?
I hold a first class (honours) bachelor's degree from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. I also studied for a Masters in Fine Art and Design in Experimental Publishing at the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
