I’m a dedicated Maths tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s in Mathematics (MMath). My passion goes beyond formulas and equations—I’m deeply fascinated by the history of mathematics and the evolution of mathematical thought. I believe understanding how mathematical ideas developed makes learning them more meaningful and memorable.
From the ingenious geometry of the ancient Egyptians to the logic of Greek philosophers and the breakthroughs of Indian and Islamic scholars, I explore how diverse cultures shaped the world of numbers. I often bring these stories into my lessons, helping students see mathematics as a living, evolving discipline rather than a fixed set of rules.
My goal is to help students not only solve problems but appreciate the profound human effort behind every mathematical insight. I work with learners to build both conceptual understanding and cultural context. This approach often transforms how they engage with the subject.
