About Tess
My name is Tess, and i have been a qualified remedial massage therapist for 15 years. My passion lies in helping clients and students to better understand their bodies and intuitively feel through physical and emotional releases to move through chronic pain.
I love teaching about the human body and exploring different ways of moving, massaging and releasing to create the healthiest body possible.

My personal approach to teaching massage therapy intuitive, calm and informative.
Lessons will go for 45 minutes learning a new technique or parts of a more extensive technique each time.
My lessons are aimed at adults, however I have a working with childrens certificate, so would be open to working with teens from 15 up if there is interest.
My lessons are aimed at beginner to experienced.
Techniques include:
Lymphatic drainage massage-indications, contraindications, learning about the lymphatic system, and the particular technique for each limb.
TMJ/Jaw dysfunction massage- indications, contraindications, learning about the anatomy and muscles of the jaw and particular techniques for internal and external massage of the jaw.
Remedial massage- indications, contraindications, learning about the anatomy of muscle groups and skeletal structures for different body parts, techniques for releasing tendons, stretching, release muscles, myofacial release and more.
