About Melissa
I am a Marketing PhD student at Lancaster University, a top UK university and management school. I draw from my extensive experience in industry during my teaching, including working in top UK energy organisation EDF Energy's Communications department, and have led a variety of Business projects such as Young Enterprise, Lancaster's Sustainability Challenge, Enactus Lancaster Marketing Officer.
I am experienced in teaching and guiding others; aside from tutoring students in business studies for over 3 years, I have taught English as a foreign language to students of all ages in Madagascar, and have supported leaders of my local Girlguiding UK Brownies unit for many years. I have also tutored personal connections on a regular basis and received positive feedback for my clear explanations and support. Outside of work and academics, I enjoy hiking, playing the piano, and binging Netflix in my spare time!

I offer 1:1 help, guided by you. We will go over topics you feel you need support with, going through examples, practice questions, and recapping the content. A typical lesson will last 1 hour, but can be longer or shorter as needed. My sessons are aimed at GCSE and A Level students, but open to anyone needing support with Business Studies.
SUMMER BOOTCAMP FOR YEAR 12->YEAR 13 STUDENTS!! Group revision sessions available to prepare for year 13, £15 per session, can be booked via my Facebook page on (concealed information)
