About Alisha
For me, teaching goes beyond the syllabus. I find it genuinely rewarding to connect with students on a personal level not just helping them understand a subject, but helping them think about their future and the steps they can take to get there. Whether that's building confidence for exams, exploring career paths in business and marketing, or simply helping a student see their own potential, I care about the bigger picture, not just the grade.
That's what makes tutoring meaningful to me: I don't just want students to pass a subject I want to help them get closer to their goals, whatever those may be.

I focus on making concepts stick not just memorising them for an exam. Rather than lecturing through textbook definitions, I break complex theories down into simple, relatable ideas using real-world examples from marketing and business that students can actually connect with.Lessons are conversational rather than one-directional. I encourage students to ask questions, think out loud, and challenge ideas, so they build genuine understanding rather than surface level recall.
