About Anay
I am a engineer, a researcher in solar vehicles. I have few academic papers on my name on technical and non technical subjects. Have been an NCC cadet and interned with College of Military Engineering, Pune and worked with Indian Army officers. Have been a co-founder of Tug of Words a national online debate series and have had discussion on over many social, civil and geopolitical topics. Currently pursuing my PG Diploma in Leadership, Politics and Governance from IIDL, Mumbai.
I am a certified trainer and yoga teacher trainee. I have also worked as a Trainer in Personal Development Academy and achieve many SSB aspirants fulfill their dream by getting into Indian Defense forces as an Officer
I am a marathon runner and a PRM cyclist. Some of few achievements have been running 42km in 4.30hr, cycling Pune Mumbai(200km), Pune Kolhapur-Pune(400km), doing surya namaskar for 100 days.
I want to teach yoga and fitness because I want every woman or man to practice and maintain fit physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for their well-being.

About the lesson

The yoga classes will be 60 min long.
You will start with few rounds of surya-namaskar followed by asanas for strengthen different parts of the body and conclude the session with various kinds of breathing exercises and "AUM" chnating, giving you ablissful and refreshing experience to start you day or refreshen yourself in the evening.
It will also improve your immunity and keep you afresh increasing your flexibility.
School & college students, Adults, Women, People wanting to increase their immunity, improve their fitness and reduce weight must join this classes.
