I base my class on any maths topic could make them understand the simple logic behind it and ask the student to face them the rest, I let them make effort atlst they'll reach some mark and when I put my last spice in it then they can realize their actual capabilities that they are not really that far.
I make them fall in love with numbers.. they wont scare to face the questions.
I create a happy fun loving environment for them, that even weaker candidates won't hesitate to open up to me..
I am bit stubborn in terms of improving one's basics.. my approach is to enhance their learning Quality not just their academic credentials. If they'll Excell here then will surely outshine everywhere..
