About Ben
I'm a qualified assessor, obtained a Level 3 Awards in Education and Training (QCF)(PTLL), and with Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement Level 3.(CAVA) (RQF) . A graduate of Management with Human Resource management (B.sc. Hons), M.sc Human resource Management. I obtained Higher Diploma in Accounting and Auditing, and recently obtained post graduate diploma in Public Health, beside; I have achieved Level 3 and 5 Btec Diploma in health and Social care.

I base my teaching method on approach, the stronger the start, the better the finish. I always spend a great deal of time listening to the students and documenting their thoughts. Using of quick questions, as to determine learners ability and strength. Apply diagnostic assessment in the first meeting to identify the current skills of learners. I also include formative assessment as method of my approach to determine students preparation for the course and to check the support they may need.
