About Magdalena
My name is Magdalena and I recently got my 200 YTT. I started yoga due to a back injury.
Since I started until now it has been about 4 years. The path of yoga is endless, one never stops learning and being surprised by the benefits that are acquired from the first practice.
Yoga has been and is my path to self-discovery and growth. It is difficult and takes time, but that is how I have been able to get the best results.
I would love to be part of your path, to be able to help you and give you the guidelines to achieve a state of calm and appreciation for yourself
I offer classes in Spanish or in English, whatever you prefer!

About the lesson

During my 1 hour classes you will learn to chant an opening mantra, I will introduce you to breathing exercises to balance the body and mind. We will work with postures (asanas) that will bring you strength and mobility of the muscles and you will be able to immerse yourself in deep relaxation in a supported position (savasana).
