My approach to tutoring is built on a simple philosophy: making complex topics accessible and engaging. I believe that a strong understanding of fundamental principles is key to mastering both mathematics and food science.

For food science, we can explore everything from the chemistry of baking to the biology of fermentation, often with practical, kitchen-based examples to illustrate the theory. My goal is to empower you to not only solve a problem but also understand the "why" behind the solution.
Lessons are typically 60-90 minutes long, which I find is the ideal amount of time to dive deep into a topic without causing fatigue. However, I am flexible and can adjust lesson length to suit your individual needs.
