About Mae
I have spent over 6 years teaching Biology with a focus on pharmacology and drug action. Holding an MSc in Environmental Biology, I combine deep biological knowledge with practical examples from pharmacology. My lessons cover pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and drug mechanisms in a way that is clear and accessible. I use drug development case studies to show how theory translates into real-world applications. Students learn how drugs interact with cells and tissues to produce therapeutic effects. I emphasize understanding biological systems at both the molecular and cellular levels. Lessons are interactive and encourage critical thinking and analysis. I work with learners who are pharmacy students, life science enthusiasts, or preparing for research. My teaching style connects concepts to practice, making them tangible and memorable. You’ll learn to understand drug interactions, mechanisms, and outcomes with confidence. I focus on patterns, cause-and-effect, and system-level understanding. Together, we explore drug discovery and therapeutic applications. My goal is to make biology engaging and practical for your learning journey.

I teach Biology with a focus on active learning and visualization. Students explore cell structure, molecular biology, genetics, and essential cellular processes. I emphasize understanding mechanisms and patterns in biology rather than rote memorization. Lessons use diagrams, models, and practical examples to make content clear and relevant. Pharmacist-in-Training and spectroscopy enthusiasts receive dedicated support to excel. I break complex concepts into smaller steps to build confidence. Students engage through questions, discussions, and problem-solving exercises. Lessons help learners connect theory to experimental observations and real-world biology. I encourage critical thinking and analytical skills alongside content mastery. Each session balances explanation, practice, and interactive exploration. Students learn to visualize cellular processes and understand molecular interactions. My teaching is structured yet flexible to suit individual learning goals. Biology becomes understandable, relevant, and exciting. You’ll gain the confidence to analyze and apply knowledge effectively.
