About Fernanda
I am yoga instructor, breath facilitator, sound therapist, meditator and best friend to many amazing souls. I studied breath, sound healing and Kundali Yoga in India. I studied anatomy of Yoga in a hospital Santa Casa for 6 mouths( where I learned how works the human body inside). I am graduated in yoga for kids with Cris Pitanga and Play Yoga . I am been teaching yoga for over 7 years and have a 220 hrs Kundalini Yoga Certification and Yin Yoga Certification with Paul Grilley.
I will share all the healing , transformation e cleaning that you can have to renew.

This Yin Kundalini Yoga class uses stretches and breathing techniques to bring the body to a complete state of relaxation.
The format of the class is tune in with a mantra, pranayama, stretching and meditation. An extra long relaxation with some breathwork and the sound healing vibration of the gong .
