I’m Maddie, and my approach as a tutor is focused on making math feel clear, manageable, and less intimidating. I break concepts down step-by-step and explain the “why” behind each problem so students actually understand what they’re doing.
A typical lesson starts with reviewing what the student is learning or struggling with, followed by working through examples together and then practicing until they feel confident.
What sets me apart is my patient, supportive style and my focus on building confidence, not just getting the right answer.
My lessons are for elementary through early college students who need extra support, want to improve their grades, or just want to feel more comfortable with math.
