About Sarah
I have been teaching Latin since I was in 11th and 12th grade. In high school, I had a unique opportunity to student teach Song School Latin and Primer A to those in 4th and 5th grade (managing 32 students!). I have also done individual tutoring of students struggling in Latin through the Latin 1 level since being a Junior in high school. In addition, I ran a Latin summer camp for incoming students entering my classical school who hadn't had Latin before. I used Primer A as my source materials for teaching camp. I have also tutored students in Writing & Rhetoric and English Grammar. Additional languages I have taken at least one year of or dabbled in learning are Spanish, Koine Greek, Arabic, and Russian. I love languages and am passionate about making something I love so much attainable to all students. I also love ancient Western culture - specifically ancient Rome. My passion for classical education is conveyed, creating an excitement for learning that is unique to me.

I have a passion for classical education. As a tutor, my ability to break complex concepts into their most understandable parts and build competency and mastery sets me apart. I love the culture, history, and language associated with ancient Greece and Rome. I especially enjoy teaching those in grades 4th through 8th grades.
