About Lorraine
I have 20 years' experience teaching all levels and styles of music. I have taught pupils to Diploma level. I also prepare students for music scholarships to local schools in Dulwich including JAGS and Alleyn's as well as state school Music Aptitude Test preparation.
I have an Enhanced DBS check, NSPCC training and Safeguarding training.

My teaching method is grounded in solid technique, learning to read music fluently, performing regularly and above all developing a passion for music. Whilst some of my students follow graded exams, the majority choose to follow a non-exam syllabus with many going on to achieve Music Scholarships at local state and private schools and also opting to study Music GCSE and A Level. Our students enjoy performance opportunities at venues across London such as Handel & Hendrix Museum in Bond Street and Clementi House in Kensington.
