About Benjy
I am an A level student currently studying Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Geography. I achieved 9s in all of the aforementioned as well as 9s in Physics, RE and PE. In my opinion, with a literal guided revision getting that next grade up is relatively simple. I want to teach and show people how struggling at school doesn't have to lead to a spiral of under-performing but rather how with a little help, you can turn from pretty average within your class to the top in just a few simple steps.

Typical lessons will be around 40 minutes and are focused at students doing GCSEs, are in KS3 or are doing the 11 plus. I am roughly inexperience however, I have had a role where I teach sports to children for nearly 2 years. I achieved 7 9s and 4 8s at GCSE and know a lot about the content and material. In my lessons I would look to start off with firstly asking of anything students are finding hard in school. then I would move onto a topic and firstly encourage a discussion about said topic. We would then move on to some direct instruction from myself and then students would be tasked with completing worksheets. We would then mark these worksheets and any wrong answers would be noted and feedback and extra help would be provided. We would then revisit the misunderstood topic in the following lesson to ensure that the student has understood.
