About Corinne
Hi! I’m Corinne, a native Mandarin speaker from Malaysia with a bilingual background and a Master’s degree from the University of Bristol. With over six years of teaching experience, I’ve helped students improve their speaking, writing, exam performance, and academic essays in a supportive and motivating environment.
My lessons are warm, flexible, and designed around you — your goals, pace, and interests. I love making Mandarin learning practical, interactive, and enjoyable, helping you gain confidence in real-life conversations while deepening your understanding of Chinese culture.

My Mandarin lessons focus on helping you speak with confidence through natural, real-life communication. I create a relaxed and supportive environment where learning feels enjoyable and tailored to your pace, goals, and interests.
Each lesson blends conversation, vocabulary, pronunciation practice, and cultural insights. Depending on your needs, we can focus on speaking and listening, reading and writing, or a balanced mix of all four skills.
