I absolutely love it. The teacher is so excellent. Great way to start the day. It has made me much fit and flexible, mentally I feel much fresher, calmer and focused.

Ipshita is a very patient teacher. She listens to you, understands you and your lifestyle and instructs accordingly. She is extremely pleasant and it is very comforting to speak her.
