About Kamila
I grew up playing football, which later developed into a love for all sports and fitness! I play pickleball and futsal recreationally and enjoy Pilates sessions here and there.
I love empowering women to feel confident moving their bodies. My biggest joy is hearing how my training can positively impact others.
My main goal is to share my knowledge with my clients to grow their confidence so eventually you can train independently one day!
I’m also a big knitter/crocheter, my favorite things to make are sweaters and blankets. Creating things gives me so much joy!

Sessions will include personal training style to cater to your specific goals. Bodybuilding, strength training or overall fitness/athleticism.
One hour/sessions where I will push you to your limits! My goal is to bring out your strength and confidence.
I have experience training ladies >40 y/o with knee and ankle injuries and 20-30 y/o focusing on glute growth.
