About Tessa
I am a professionally trained Actor and passionate believer in performance as a vital part of education. I attended Tring Park School for the Performing Arts (Lily James, Daisy Ridley), where I studied on the Drama Course. Followed by The Drama Centre London ( Colin Firth, Tom Hardy, Helen McCrory), where I graduated with a First degree on the BA Acting Course in 2018.
Since leaving school I have played Helena in Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' at the Bridge Theatre, directed by the renowned Nicholas Hytner.

I enjoy teaching between jobs immensely. I have a huge passion for working on Classical and contemporary texts, either in performance or analysis. I also enjoy helping students with their Drama School audition speeches, working on bringing the text to life in an engaging way, whilst leaving the student adaptable to whatever the panelist might throw at them. Above all, I want to have fun with my students, because that's why I want to act in the first place!
