About Danny
I am someone who has always had a passion for sports and fitness however there was a time that despite how active I was I didn’t have the physique I desired.
It wasn’t until i started to look into my diet and take my training more serious that I started to see results thus achieving the body I had always dreamed of. I want every body to experience that feeling of loving the way they look and feel.
I’m super relaxed and easy going but don’t be fooled I’m driven to achieve results. Your transformations are a reflection of both of our work and together we can achieve your goals.
I offer 6-12 week online coaching and training plans (Nutritional plans included)
I also offer a tailored nutritional plan as a one off fee of £49 for those who don’t want PT services.

Specialising in body transformations I am to get you maximum results in as little as 8 weeks. Creating positive habits, improving overall health as well as passing on knowledge and expertise on both diet and nutrition.
I offer training for both strength and conditioning, weight loss and marathon preparation.
For each client an individual training and diet plan is created and tailored to your level of fitness, health and dietary requirements.

My rates are as follows.
- In person personal training session £50 P/Hr
(A more hands on approach, you get me for 1hr in person, a nutritional plan, and a structured workout plan to follow)
- Online coaching £120 P/M
(Includes workout plan, nutritional plan and weekly check ins)
- Nutrional plan £49
( A tailored plan for you to follow. Typically for those who prefer to follow their own training plan but need guidance on the nutritional side of things)
