About Sandy
Hello! I'm a First Class English graduate from London with a genuine passion for language, communication, and helping students achieve their academic goals. I specialise in teaching both English and Punjabi, creating engaging and supportive lessons that are tailored to each student's individual needs, learning style, and pace.
My academic background has given me a strong understanding of English language, literature, grammar, and writing, while my fluency in Punjabi allows me to help learners build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing the language. Whether you're preparing for exams, improving your conversational skills, or looking to strengthen your reading and writing abilities, I'm committed to making learning enjoyable, practical, and rewarding.
I believe that every student has the potential to succeed with the right guidance, high expectations, and consistent encouragement. My teaching approach is structured, goal-oriented, and results-driven, focusing on building confidence, strengthening subject knowledge, developing critical thinking skills, and ensuring measurable progress in every lesson. Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading contemporary and classic literature, exploring different cultures through language, creative writing, and staying up to date with educational resources and learning techniques. I also enjoy walking, listening to podcasts, and discovering new ways to make learning interactive and engaging.
