About Sarmila

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Airline Services Management at Management and Science University, and I am passionate about teaching young children in a fun and supportive way.

With 2 years of experience conducting online tuition for kindergarten and school students, I focus on creating a positive learning environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. I believe every child learns differently, so I carefully assess each student’s level and adapt my teaching style to match their pace and understanding.

My lessons are designed to be interactive and engaging, helping children build strong foundations while actually enjoying the learning process. I also place great importance on clear communication and patience, especially when working with young learners.

I am committed to helping every child improve not only in their academic knowledge but also in their confidence and learning skills over time.

Details

My hourly rate includes personalized one-to-one Tamil lessons tailored for preschool children. I focus on helping children learn basic Tamil letters, simple words, and pronunciation through storytelling, songs, and interactive activities to make learning natural and enjoyable.

For online (webcam) lessons, I ensure engaging sessions using visuals and fun techniques to keep children interested and comfortable.

For travel lessons, the additional RM50 covers transportation and time, and I will conduct classes at your home in a relaxed and child-friendly setting.

I also offer a free 1-hour trial class so parents can understand my teaching style and see their child’s comfort level before continuing.

Lesson packs (5h and 10h) are encouraged for steady progress, helping children build confidence and develop a strong foundation in Tamil from a young age.
