About Rachel
⸻ Hi, I’m Rachel McCullough, an experienced educator and passionate reading tutor who believes every child can succeed with the right support. With years of teaching and specialized training in executive function, ADHD, and dyslexia, I bring a compassionate, personalized approach to every session. I specialize in helping students not only improve their reading skills but also build confidence, focus, and a true love of learning. My sessions are calm, structured, and engaging—designed to meet kids exactly where they are. Whether your child is struggling with decoding, comprehension, or staying on task, I use research-backed strategies that are effective and encouraging. I care deeply about each student’s progress and pride myself on creating a space where they feel seen, supported, and capable.
