About Josh
Hi my name is Josh and I play a very physical sport which is called rugby and I was at the bottom so I decided to get fit and not to let myself down. I currently play B team for my school I'm 16 years old and I went from just weighing 55kg to 68kg from just playing rugby, so you can too
