About Aman
Hi, I’m Aman. I’m someone who genuinely enjoys listening to people and helping them look at difficult situations from a different perspective. I believe that many times, we already have the ability to deal with our problems, we just need someone to listen, understand and help us see things more clearly.
I’m not a professional therapist or counselor, but I believe I can still be helpful through my experience, understanding and approach to positive thinking, stress management and conflict management. I want to create a comfortable space where you can talk openly without feeling judged.
I don’t want our sessions to feel like a formal lecture. Think of me as someone you can comfortably talk to, who will listen first and then help you find practical ways to deal with what you’re going through. My goal is to help you think more positively, manage stress, handle conflicts and become more confident in dealing with everyday challenges.

I am not a professional, but I believe that I can help you. I am here to listen, understand and support you in overcoming your stress, negativity and whatever conflict you're in.
My approach is simple - I listen to your problem first, without judging. Then we talk about it, look at different perspectives and find a practical way forward. Sometimes you may just need someone to talk to, sometimes a different perspective, and sometimes a little guidance -and that's exactly what I offer.
In these sessions, we can work on positive thinking, stress management, conflict management, improving communication and the way you think and respond to challenging situations. I'll share simple and practical techniques that you can actually apply in your daily life.
My way of teaching is simple and effective. You may think it's very normal, but it's very effective - you just have to try it.
Here's how my teaching works:
1. We talk - You share what you're going through, and I listen carefully.
2. We understand - We look at the situation from different angles.
3. We find solutions - I guide you with practical techniques and real-life examples.
4. You practice - I give you small, easy steps to apply in your daily life.
5. We review - We discuss your progress and make adjustments if needed.
My classes are friendly, open and comfortable more like a conversation with a supportive friend, rather than a formal lecture. My goal is to help you feel better, think more positively and handle life's challenges with greater confidence.
