About Jolanda
My name is Jolanda and I am student of Linguistics and English Language. I speak German, Italian, English, and Swedish fluently and have studied Latin, Ancient Greek and Biblical Hebrew. I would absolutely love to pass on my knowledge of these languages. My goal is to become a Latin and Classics teacher as these subjects combine my love of language learning and historical linguistics, as well as classical civilisations.

I have recently taken a course in Latin pedagogy, which has made me more confident in passing on my knowledge and love for the Latin language and literature. I have been tutoring students of all ages for about 4 years now, which has enabled me to learn how to quickly and efficiently target my students' weaknesses and help them find new ways of looking at the subject and improving their grades with individualised learning methods.
My degree programme in Linguistics has been an invaluable resource for me, teaching me the science of second language acquisition and classroom learning.
